One of the top 5 questions I have received over the years has been “what should I eat before I workout”. That question is naturally followed by, “what should I eat after I workout”. A1: Back Squat 8-10 reps; rest 45 sec.
A2: FLR to Plank on Elbows x 6-8 reps; rest 45 sec
A3: Strict Pull-Ups x 6-8 reps @ 2110;r est 45 seconds X 4 sets
+
Against a 5 minute running clock, complete:
500 Meter Row
50 Kettlebell Swings
Burpees x Max reps
Rest 5 minutes and repeat once more.
