Class Schedule Update: Beginning February 1st, the 7am class will resume on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. This is a regular class and no longer Open Gym time.

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 14 minutes of:
7 Muscle-Ups / Pull Ups If you don’t have muscle ups
50 Wall Ball Shots (20 lbs to 10’/14 lbs to 9′)
100 Double-Unders
