Here’s how it works!!! Every Friday from February 23rd until March 7th, the workout of the day at Redline will be the Opens workout released by CrossFit Games. All classes will do that workout. The last class of the day will be the 4:15pm class and heats for Friday Night Lights will begin promptly at 5:30pm You will have the opportunity to assign yourself to a heat time, warm yourself up, provided a judge and the fun, supportive and competitive environment that you have come to know so well and rely on. After the march 7th Friday Night Lights, when all the workouts are done and chalk has settled we’ll head out for a drink or two to celebrate completion of something really amazing. Together!
You don’t to be officially registered through CrossFit to compete but will need to be registered if you want your scores to go up on the worldwide leader board. A leaderboard that had over 300,000 participants from across the globe making it the largest fitness competition ever held.
