Friday Night Lights is coming!!!

On a 30 minute timer, complete 3-5 reps of each movement and move on to the next. Goal is to stay aerobic while completing many different types of movement pattern. Remaining aerobic means continually being able to breath and process oxygen efficiently enough to continue moving without a break for an extended period of time. You should not be huffing, gasping, grunting, forcing reps, stopping to catch your breath, putting your hands on your knees etc… Simply do 3-5 reps and move on calmly to the next movement. Continue this for 30 minutes and mix up the movements anyway you like.
