Unsupported Seated Strict Press x 5-6 reps
(sit on a box without back support and press the barbell from shoulder to overhead)
Rest 2 minutes b/t sets
B: Against a 2-minute running clock, complete:
250 Meter Row
HR Push Up x Max Reps (Scale Up to Ring Dips)
Rest 2 minutes b/t sets X 4 sets
