Yes you can!!! The Opens are a great place to test yourself, have fun and experience The Sport of Fitness as a competitor. BUT to do that, you have to register!!! Head over to and get registered for the 2016 CrossFit Games Opens. Not sure if you can handle the Rx’d workouts? No problem, just register for the scaled division and you’re good to go!!!


AMRAP in 3 minutes of:
10 Single-Arm Dumbbell Snatches (5/5)
5 Burpee Box Jump-Overs (24″/20″)
5 Toes to Bar
Rest 3 minutes between sets X 5 sets
