This is how the hero workout Randy is written. There is no separate ladies weight given. Of course, you may scale the load to one that is appropriate for you. Keep in mind that there is always a desired stimulus to the workouts we prescribe. “Randy” is meant to be done at a fairly high intensity with big sets that taper off into quick triples, doubles and maybe a single or two at the end and completed in under 8 minutes. If you’re still working away at over 10 minutes or fail at more than 4-5 reps, you let your ego write a check your body couldn’t cash. Be smart, choose the proper load or ask a coach to assist you.
