Today is an active recovery day if you plan on coming to class on Friday or participating in Friday Night Lights. Spend some time foam rolling, mobilizing, get some blood flow and leave the gym to get ready for tomorrow. If you are not coming at all on Friday, you can get into some additional work, otherwise follow the plan below and leave feeling great.


10 minute mobility work

3 rounds of:
1:00 Light Row
4 Spiderman and Reach, each leg
8 Air Squats
12 Russian Kettlebell Swings (chest level)

2 x 30 second Samson Stretch each side

3 Rounds:
1:00 Light Bike
4 Divebomber Pushups
8 Dowel Overhead Squats
12 Abmat Sit-Ups

10 minutes mobility work
