At the box- easy rowing (conversational pace) with intermittent breaks to do 3-5 reps of: KBS Box Jump Wall Ball Sumo Dead Lift High Pull DB Snatch HSPU Don't dig in or stay in one place too long. No heavy breathing, grinding reps, going heavy, racing a friend etc.. active recovery day
