18.1 was a Blast!!! Congrats to everyone who took part in it and helped us kick off the 2018 CrossFit Games Season.

If you still need to complete 18.1 or are planning a redo, please make arrangements with a Coach or bring your own judge in. Coaches will not be able to break away from their classes to judge you. Lastly, don’t forget to submit your scores for validation.

 

Warm Up:

3 sets:
20 Sec HS Hold w/ hands directly under shoulders
8 Goblet Squats
6 Kang Squats

Training:

A: Front Squat  6, 4, 2, 10; rest 2 minutes b/t sets of 6, 4 & 2. Do a quick weight strip after 2 and do 10 immediately.
