Congratulations and Thank You to everyone who was involved and participated in Friday Night Lights!!! I can’t remember a more energetic and not to mention loud event at CrossFit Redline. A special thank you to everyone to stepped in to judge. Without you we wouldn’t have been able to pull it off.

If you are registered, Don’t forget to submit your scores through games.crossfit.com and we will have them all validated by tomorrow.

As we did last week, plan on Wednesday of this week being a lower volume and intensity day, Thursday being an active rest/recovery day and Friday it’s go time.

 

Four rounds for max reps of:
1 Minute of KBS
Rest 1 Minute
1 Minute of Push-Ups
Rest 1 Minute
1 Minute of Box Jump-Overs (24″/20″)
Rest 1 Minute
1 Minute of Push Press (115/75)
Rest 1 Minute

Perform in teams of two, one partner working for the full 60 seconds, then resting and supporting their teammate for 60 seconds.
