6-8 Muscle Snatch- empty bar- fast turn over and punch to the ceiling.

A: Dead Lift 6, 4, 4, 2; rest 2 minutes b/t sets. Make the final 4 and 2 tough sets.

2- 8 Hand Release Push Ups
3- 8 Power Snatch (75/55)
4- 20 Second Hollow Hold
