Low Intensity- Long Aerobic Day

Come in and get moving but don’t over due it. Monday and Tuesday had their purpose and today does too. After the primary class work You can add some additional bodyweight or light weight skill work with a barbell but keep loads well below 50%.

Goal for your class time is to:

Row 3500 meters in 7 separate 500 meter efforts. Your pace should be conversational like last week.

Rest 2 minutes between efforts and move around actively during that 2 minutes. No sitting or lying down. Go for a short walk, work on mobility, static hang etc..
