5 Hang Muscle Cleans + 5 Muscle Cleans
10 Sec Passive Hang + 10 Sec Active Hang

5-7 Minutes- build power cleans to working load for the day.

 

 

EMOM for 16 minutes:

  1. Run 100 meters
  2. 5 Power Cleans + 5 HR Push Up or HSPU (based on skill, if you need to decrease ROM, do HR Push Ups)
  3. 12/10 Calorie Row
  4. 10 Pull Ups or Ring Row
