15 Minutes Around The World: Hit 3-5 reps of each of the movements below, in any order and move on to the next one. Objective is to keep movement integrity high, calm easy breathing, highly efficient movement and smooth transitions. Do not be tempted to do additional weight lifting today, push the pace, grind out extra reps etc…do be tempted to spend an additional 10-20 minutes doing meaningful mobility work.
