16.4 is in the books and so far the 2016 CrossFit Games Opens has been a huge success thanks to all of you who have taken part and given your all, not just as competitors, but as judges and as necessary support for others who need it.

This Friday night right after 16.5 we have secured a private room at Felipe’s Mexican Restaurant on 41 for an after party. We have scored an All-You-Can eat taco bar for $20 and All-You-Can drink for beer, wine and house Margaritas for $18. Both of these specials are good for two hours. So bring a change of clothes, and come out with us to let off a little steam.

 

We have just this week of maintenance and prep work and then we’ll be returning to our regular strength and conditioning training so be patient and trust the process.

 

Training:

In teams of three, with only one person working at a time, complete three rounds each of:

Row 500 meters

8 Front Squats (185/135)

as soon as you finish complete 3 rounds each of:

Row 500 meters

8 Thrusters (135/95)
