We have had a great Monday and Tuesday to help set us for Friday and today we will hit some moderate/high intensity but without a barbell or thankfully a dumbbell.

200 meter run
15 Pull Ups – do not tear your hands today!!
9 Burpees

20 minutes of post workout mobility

Foam roll quads, get a LAX ball into your upper pec ands cap area, mobilize first rib with a barbell on the trap, couch stretch, pigeon pose… put in the time on this, it will pay off.
