A: 20 Turkish get Ups alternating each rep- slow and controlled
B: 3 sets of 5 behind the neck strict press from a quarter squat position; rest 1 minute b/t sets. (This is the receiving position for a power snatch).
C: Power Snatch skill work (8-10 minutes).
