Friday Funday!!!!

In three person teams, complete 4 rounds for time of:

On the 3, 2, 1 Go…Starting inside the gym, two of your teammates will be required to carry a rower and one will carry an Abmat. You will turn right at the bottom of the ramp and travel to the end of the building.

There you will each row 250 meters. While partner is rowing, one will be in an elbow plank and one is permitted to rest.You’ll then pick up the rower again and return toward the gym.

At the ramp, you may put the rower down and each of you will do 25 Med Ball Cleans with a 14# ball for everyone.

If you are on a two person team, you will have no planks to do so leave you won’t need an Abmat. You will still do 250 meter rows and the 25 med ball cleans.

At the end of the workout traveled 800 meters with the rower, rowed 1000 meters each and 100 med ball cleans.
