A: Split Jerk Technique & Drills- 10 minutes.
* keep this very light and focus on speed, lockout and proper foot placement.
B: Build to a moderately heavy Split Jerk-10 minutes.
In teams of 2, with on person working at a time:
Partner 1 runs 200 meters, while partner 2 holds two KB in the front rack position until they return. Then partner 2 runs 200 meters, while partner 1 holds KB. Complete 4 rounds each.
