EMOM for 12 Minutes:
Minute 1: 4-6 HSPU
Minute 2: 45 Second Static Hang
Minute 3: 30 Unbroken Double Unders

8 sets of:
1 Front Squat + 1 Split Jerk; rest 2 min. b/t sets.
Increase load per set but only if your form and execution of the split jerk is perfect. Use drills from last week to sharpen up.
