As we continue to prepare for our June 1st transition into OPEX Naples, we will be phasing out the 10am classes starting May 1st. This is due to low weekly attendance and to put our new morning training hours into place. We will also post this to the Facebook page. Thank you!! 

Warm Up:

3 sets:
8 Walk Outs
Gym Length Lateral Plank Walk/ side
8 Russian Swings + 4 American Swings
8 Air Squats


Team Relay:

Classes will be divided in half and complete the following in follow the leader style:

4 Rounds for time:
Row 200 meters
15 KBS  (53/35)
15 Burpees
15 Box Jumps (24/20)
Ski Erg 100 Meters

Once you finish a movement, you move to the next and the person behind you fills in your spot.
