2 Pause Jerk Dip Drives- two second hold at the bottom of the dip
1 Pause Push Jerk- two seconds hold in the catch position
1 Push Jerk- no pauses
B1: Tall Kneeling Single Arm DB Press @2111; 4-6/ arm; rest 30 seconds
B2: Single Arm DB Renegade Row; 6-8/arm; rest 90 seconds X 3 sets.
C: Run 400 meters @ 85+% effort; rest 1:1; repeat once more.
