“The Bear”

1 Power Clean
1 Front Squat
1 Push Press
1 Back Squat
1 Push Press

The goal for this complex is to complete the above sequence 7 times through. You may then drop the bar. Rest as needed, add weight and complete another sequence 7 times through. This is be completed for a total of 5 rounds. Each time you take the bar off the floor in the power clean, you may not put the bar down until you have completed the complex 7 times. If you need to rest you must do so with the bar in the front rack or on your back. Start light!!! Leave your ego at home!!!
