Every 6 Minutes For 30 Minutes build the follow barbell complex to the heaviest you can:

1 High Hang Squat Clean (from the hips)
1 Hang Squat Clean (above knees)
1 Full Squat Clean (from the floor)
1 Push Press
1 High Hang Squat Clean
1 Hang Squat Clean
1 Full Squat Clean
1 Push Jerk
1 High Hang Squat Clean
1 Hang Squat Clean
1 Full Squat Clean
1 Split Jerk

This is meant to be one barbell complex with 12 lifts and is to be done unbroken if possible. If needed, you may drop the bar from the overhead position but must pick it back up immediately and continue.Post your heaviest completed load to the board.
