With only 3 weeks remaining until our official transition to OPEX Naples, our coaches have been very busy transitioning many of you into the Individual Design Model. As you can imagine, writing detailed individual warm ups and workouts for each person is a very in depth and time consuming process. To ensure our Coaches have enough time to properly manage their programming, nutrition and consultation responsibilities to each of you, we will begin running our new OPEX Naples hours of operation today. These will be our hours of operation going forward.

Monday through Friday:
The gym will open at 5:30am and the morning training session will end and the gym will close at 9:30am.
The gym will open for the afternoon training session at 3pm and will end at 7pm.

Saturday– Training begins at 8am and the gym closes at 12 Noon.

Sunday– closed

This will cover our current class times for the rest of the month. If you are already receiving Individual programming, please ensure that you arrive at the gym with enough time to complete your workout to avoid it being cut short. Coaches will make a 30 minute until close announcement and the gym will close at 9:30 am and 7:00pm.
