Mid-Week Aerobic Restoration

For 30 minutes, at a sustainable pace move through the following movements:

Sit Up
Air Squat
Push Up
Walking Lunges
TGU
Toe To Bar
Wall Ball
Step Ups
Bear Crawl

Keep efforts and pacing sustainable. Movement integrity should be high and reps low. You should not be forcing reps, or working to the point of needing a break. Rest between movements to ensure this.
