4 sets Half Kneeling DB strict press X 8 reps per arm. Sit tall and pull your ribs down. You’ll be pressing from the same side as is kneeling and you should feel that flute engaged throughout. Resist the urge to lean while pressing. Stay square and lower the weight if necessary.
