Did you know that you can add the pictures you take at CrossFit or out and about representing Redline to the website? It’s simple!!! Go to Photos in the navigation bar, fill in your name and e mail, attach the pictures you’d like to share and hit send. That’s it!!! Once we get the pictures, we’ll put them up for everyone to enjoy!!


A: Dead Lift X 3; rest 3 minutes X 5 sets. (Last 2 sets very heavy)
