Next Tuesday night at 7:30pm join Coach Jason for look inside Flexible Dieting. The how’s and why’s and best of all what you can eat and still achieve your goals.

A: Press X1; Push Press X 2; Push Jerk X 3; rest 3 minutes. Build to a max in this complex.
