Romanian Dead Lift X 10
Anchored Sit Ups X 20
Side Bridge 30 seconds per side

Try and edge your weight up from last week for the back squats today.
Let back knee barely touch the floor on jump lunges and work to switch feet as fast as possible.

Romanian dead lift is semi-straight legged and take the bar down as far as possible while maintaining a flat back. The bar does not go to the floor.
