As the 2015 Fit Nation Thunderdome rolls near, we thought we would take some time out of our busy week of Forging Elite Fitness and help competitors and non-competitors alike with a skills session. The 5:30 pm class on Wednesday will be devoted to skills and drills to prepare you for whatever Thunderdome might throw your way. Take part in the 4:15 class and roll right into the skill work or just come at 5:30 to sharpen up before the weekend.  See you there!!!

 

Training:
A: Power Clean Cluster 2. 2. 2 X3; rest 10 seconds b/t 2s and 2 minutes b/t sets.
