5 sets starting with an empty bar and finishing no heavier than 65# for ladies and 95# for men.
2 Muscle Snatch 2 Behind the neck Snatch grip Push Press 2 OHS 2 Snatch Balance 2 Squat Snatch
Weight on this section does not matter. Keep movements clean, bar path correct and work on positions first, speed second and load last. If you can not make it through set of 2 reps of each movement with at least 90% accuracy, then you do not add weight. Be conscious and attentive to each part.
5 sets of 5- same challenging load across all sets rest 3 minutes b/t sets
Fight for every rep here, but make no misses. Continue to stay mobile between sets and work to be consistently improving your bottom position. Ensure your squat depth for every rep.
