Every 90 seconds for 30 minutes:
1. 10 Burpee Box Overs (24"/20")
2. 10 Hang Power Cleans (135/95)
3. 10 HSPU
4. 10 OH Plate Walking Lunges (45/25)

 

 

Rotate through stations 1-4 every 90 seconds. Efficiency and recovery is the name of the game here. Deep breathing during rest will pay off in the later minutes. Focus on ease of movement and breathing throughout rather than trying to sprint through each piece.
