This workout is not about the load so keep it the loads prescribed. These loads will allow most of you to go unbroken IF you set your mind to it. The 2/3 of each set should come off fairly easily and from there it’s going to be grit that gets you through. Back off the runs slightly and stay tall to help your breathing and posture. Each time you return to the bar, take a strategic pause to gather yourself and then get moving.
