Minutes 1 through 5 Dead Lift X 2- build each minuteMinutes 6 through 10 Dead Lift X 1-build each minute to a heavy single.
3 sets of:
12 Wall Balls
12 KBS
12 Box Jumps (24/20)
12 Dead Lifts (205/145)
Rest 2 minutes b/t sets.

Each of these sets is meant to be done unbroken. 12 reps of each is well within your ability as long as you are staying in the right positions to be efficient, breathing properly and believe you can do it.
