Guys and Gals of Crossfit Redline, we are excited to announce a new addition to CrossFit Redline! Starting Wednesday July 29th, at 6:30pm we are introducing our all new Barbell Club! The Barbell club is for anyone who is interested in improving there Olympic Lifts (Snatch and Clean & Jerk). Olympic lifting is a big chunk of Crossfit, and relates to almost every movement we perform. Improving at these lifts will help us at everything else! We will be focusing on mobility, technique, and strength. The Barbell Club will be lead by Mike Wittock who will be there to assist and motivate you. We look forward to seeing a lot of PR’s and improving your overall fitness! See you all there!! -The Barbell Club

Training:

5 Sets at Hard Effort:
Row 250 meters
15 Box Jumps
10 HR Push Push Ups
15 Toe To Bar
10 KBS
rest 2 minutes b/t sets
Re-Order the movements for each set.
