Back Squat- sets of 8, 6, 4 reps; rest 3 minutes b/t sets. Build load per set and make the last set a grinder.
5 sets of: Bench Press - max reps Pull Ups-max reps
rest 3 minutes b/t sets
Rx for the bench press is bodyweight. If you are unable to bench your bodyweight, chose a load that allows you to complete 5+ reps with. There is little to no rest between bench and pull ups.
