Taking breaks from the bar is critical to keep this as efficient as possible and keep you from having to complete additional reps. Do 11 dead lifts, break, switch grips, do your last dead lift, stop in the hang and begin your hang power cleans. Go to 8, take a break, do your 9th hang power clean and go right into the jerks unbroken.
