A1: Barbell Z-Press 6-8 reps; rest 30 seconds
A2: Barbell Bent Over Row @31X1; rest 90 seconds X 3 sets.

*Z-press tips: sit up straight with your legs straight, engage your abs and press up just as you would a standing strict press to full lock out. Do not lean back or slouch. Lower the weight and do these correctly. Modify for mobility issues by first spreading your legs slightly. Next, sit on a 25# plate to give yourself a little elevation.
