You’re essentially jumping for all 3 movements here so expect your ability to extend to get less and less as the workout continues. Chose a weight that allows you to do the first 21 hang power cleans in 2 sets. This is the ideal workout to use a step up burpee and save your hips as long as possible. For the double unders, the extra 5 seconds you use to get a breath can mean a bigger set and an overall time saver.
