15 Squat Cleans (115/85)
400 meter run
15 Squat Clean (115/85)
30 Sit Ups

 

The setups are anchored to day, so use your arms to your advantage and get a good pull with your hip flexors. It will be you call to go with singles on the Squat Cleans or string together sets touch and go. Back down on the run and remember to stand tall, open up and breath.
