5 Rounds of 3 Minute AMRAPs
3 Power Cleans (135/95)
6 Pushups
9 Air Squats

Rest 1 minute b/t AMRAPs. Each round starts on power cleans, only full rounds count toward your total and partial rounds do not carry over to the next. The power cleans are to be done unbroken on each round. If you not able to do 3 TnG power cleans at the loads given, put your ego aside and lower the weight. Keep and eye on the clock. If you have 20 seconds left and you know you won’t finish the round, it’s best to stop there and wait for the next round to begin. Remember, this is 5 individual 3 minute AMRAPs and you want to be able to have some consistency across them all.
