Find Your 1 Rep Max Clean & Jerk in 12 minutes.

EMOM for 10 Minutes:

5 Front squats- taken from the floor

10 HSPU or HR Push Up

500 meter row time trial

 

Build quickly but smartly to a 1 rep max for the day on the clean & jerk. Any clean and any jerk is allowable today.

You may and should squat clean the first of your 5 front squats today. Chose either HSPU or HR Push Up based on your level of exposure and ability at each. if you require more than two abmats to do consecutive HSPU then you should be doing HR Push Ups.
