30 Wall Balls

 

Single, Double And Triple your way through the 30 cleans, then find a nice pace that allows you to breath and make consistent progress on the burpees. Then stick to it relentlessly. Push yourself on the wall balls. No more than 2 sets to complete the 30 shots.
