Find your 1 Rep Max Dead Lift- 20 minutes

AMRAP in 8 Minutes of:

6 Dead Lifts  (225/155)

12 Box Jumps (20″/24″)

24 Double Unders

 

Every round of dead lifts need not be unbroken but they do need to be done in as few sets as possible and as quickly as possible. This will allow you to smooth, consistent and always moving through the box jumps and double unders.
