Training:

A1: Floor Press X 4-6 reps; rest 1 minute
A2: 1 arm DB row X 15-20 per arm; no rest b/t arms; rest 1 minute X 3 sets.

AMRAP in 15 minutes:
20 SDLHP w/KB (53/35)
10 1 arm DB Press (5 per arm)
300 meter run (use back lane for a down & back, 1/2 down and back shuttle).
