Delivering the bar from the shoulders at the front to overhead in a straight line with minimal deviation is the ultimate goal. Moving the bar as quickly as possible from the shoulders to eye level will greatly assist you in hitting a solid lift.

Approach the 400 today with a little caution. Pace each like an 800 to be safe on the barbell work. Your touch and go clean and jerks have been getting their work lately so push the pace when your hands are the bar. Remember, break your elbows to the front as you exit the overhead position. This allows the bar to return back to the front rack, where it is balanced and you can get it to the floor smoothly for the next rep.
