Training:

A: Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes; Power Snatch 1. 1 + 1 OHS; rest 10 sec b/t Pwr. Snatch 1s-build to a heavy set.

In teams of two, partners alternate to complete 5 sets of:
5 Overhead Squat-Unbroken but challenging
15 KBS
30 Double Unders
