A2:DB Push Press X 8 reps; rest 40 seconds
A3: Plank from Elbows 1 minute; rest 1 minutes X 3 sets

With a continuously running clock:
Run 400 meters; rest until 3 minute mark
2 Minutes Max Reps DB Thrusters (20/35); rest until 8 minute mark
